Orders will typically take 3-5 days from dispatch. Orders to Scotland and NI may take a day or two more.

If you are planning on buying a winch from us (not a spare part) and need it next day delivery, please email help@superwinch-uk.co.uk and we will give you a price for next day delivery for that specific winch (all next day delivery winch orders are taken over the phone securely using Square Payments). 

All shipping to the UK mainland is FREE.  

Your purchase may be subject to export handling charges, customs clearance charge and local customs charge upon arrival in the importing country,  this is not something we can control. The charge on the item will vary depending on the item, the value of the parcel, the parcel contents and the discretion on the guidelines in the delivery country customs.

This affects orders outside the UK Mainland. Customers in Northern Ireland the EU and Worldwide will be affected by some or all these charges.

To place an order outside of the UK, please email help@superwinch-uk.co.uk for a shipping quote. We take debit or credit card over the phone securely using Square payments.

Yes, but all orders are taken over the phone presently. Please email sales@kartt.co.uk for a custom shipping price and are subject to courier handling fee and import charges (typically around 20%).

All major credit cards are accepted. Please contact us if there’s any concerns on payment. We also accept wire bank tranfer for larger orders.

Quick and easy – just see the trade section of our site

Simply arrange a courier collection with MyHermes (we find them the cheapest and most reliable for heavy goods like winches). We are unable to accept unwanted orders that are returned outside of 30 days, that’s plenty of time to for you decide whether it’s for you.
